then encourage them to try again next year.’ – Chad Sugg
Firstly, let me wish you a happy, healthy, prosperous 2022!
What a year 2021 has been, from vaccines to boosters, starting off in roadmaps to finishing with a normal-ish Christmas. Who would have thought we would still be unsure whether we are coming or going with covid.
But if it wasn’t your year, you are still here, you are still growing and that’s all-what matters.
.

.
.
So what is your new year’s resolution? What would you like to achieve in 2022?
Maybe it is to lose weight?
Travel more?
Get a new job? House?
Or….
Is it to get you pain/discomfort treated that you have been putting off?
.
.
But instead of new year, new me…
Celebrate all the things you overcame and all the little wins you had in 2021.
Don’t put pressure on yourself, we are only human, we are allowed to mess up!
Give yourself time to heal and process, everyone is fighting a battle we know nothing about.
And finally..
Remind yourself that you don’t have to change to have an amazing 2022. You are enough already!
