What we are doing to protect ourselves and others as they attend the clinic for appointments…
- Pre-screening of patients
Patients will be screened in the 24 hours prior to attending their appointment to ensure they are not showing any symptoms and have not been exposed to anyone showing symptoms or has tested positive for covid-19
The screening will be done via a phone call made my myself

- Wearing full PPE
When you attend your appointment, we will be looking a little different. To adhere to current government guidelines and following guidance from our governing body and insurance companies, you will be greeted at the door in personal protective equipment (PPE).
I will be in a face mask, gloves, apron and if necessary, eye protection such as a visor
- Face masks
We require all patients to wear a face covering to their appointments to protect both myself and you. We will be unable to treat you if you do not wear a mask.
Face masks must be worn at all appointments
- Hand hygiene
All patients must use the hand sanitiser provided at the front door before entering the clinic. There will be hand washing facilities that can be used during and after the appointment if you wish.

- Arriving at your appointment on time
We kindly ask that you wait outside the clinic until your appointment time and not to arrive early.
Please do not arrive early as we will be unable to let you into the clinic until your appointment time
- Extra cleaning

In between each appointment the treatment room and communal areas will be cleaned thoroughly. This involves wiping down the couch and chairs, changing pillowcases and mopping floors. We are also sanitising door handles, the doorbell, and any other contact points before the next appointment. We are also allowing the room to air after every patient.
